Intro to Leadership – November 10 & 17

Do you ever wander if you have what it takes to be a leader?  Do you consider yourself a leader now?  If you plan on owning a dental practice you are going to be leading people whether you like it or not.  Perhaps the better question is, do you want to lead them well?  If the answer is yes this 2 part workshop is for you!

 Over two Saturday mornings we are going to begin the process of building leadership thinking in you.  Your influence as a business owner will not only shape the direction of your practice and your staff, it will also shape the direction of your community and your family forever.  Lead well and lead intentionally!
